T&C PMO Engineer

We’re looking for a T&C PMO Engineer to join our team on the Purple Line project in Tel Aviv. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of Israel’s most important transportation projects – ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality testing activities in collaboration with engineers, technicians, and project leaders.
The T&C PMO Engineer is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and reporting on testing activities within the project. The role ensures that all testing processes are properly documented, traceable, and executed in compliance with safety standards and procedures. This position reports directly to the T&C Manager and involves close collaboration with engineers, technicians, and other project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and follow up on daily testing activities, ensuring proper reporting and documentation.
• Maintain and update test progress files and tracking systems.
• Lead weekly meetings on document status and testing follow-up with all relevant departments.
• Manage issue reports, ensuring traceability in the OIL system.
• Coordinate resolution of testing incidents and follow-up on permits required for testing.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with established procedures and safety regulations.
• Provide on-site support during testing phases when required.
• Assist with any additional testing-related activities as needed by the project.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical).
• At least 2 years of experience in testing.
• Background in railway systems and experience working with engineers and technicians (an advantage).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• High attention to detail, methodical and structured work approach.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
