What You’ll Do:

Plan and coordinate test schedules, ensuring smooth execution.

Organize weekly test planning meetings and manage work permits.

Oversee on-site testing, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and testing procedures.

Track, report, and update daily test progress and results.

Identify and follow up on issues, working closely with engineers and technicians.

Support any testing-related activities required by the project.
What You Bring:

Engineering degree in a relevant field.

3-4 years of hands-on experience in testing, ideally in transportation or infrastructure projects.

Technical expertise in railway systems and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues on-site.

A proactive, adaptable mindset with keen attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management skills—ready to shift priorities as needed.

Passion for fieldwork, comfortable working outdoors or in site-based environments, including night shifts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English is required.

Willingness to travel if needed.
