PSS Supervisor

Location - Or Yehuda/Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Outdoor Installation Supervisor to oversee cable laying works for the light rail project. The role involves direct supervision of subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to technical plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise cable pulling activities, ensuring proper routing, protection, and handling as per design.

Check site readiness: manholes, ducts, pipes, and cable paths.

Oversee electrical infrastructure works (HV/LV systems, rectifier rooms).

Review technical drawings and ensure clear instructions for subcontractors.

Maintain strong site presence during critical activities to prevent delays and quality issues.

Coordinate daily tasks with planning and engineering teams.

Keep accurate site records, update red-markup drawings, and ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements:

Electrical Engineering degree – mandatory.

3+ years in electrical site supervision, preferably in infrastructure/rail projects.

Experience in cable installation and electrical systems (HV/LV).

Ability to read technical drawings and cable schedules.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and documentation.

Proficient in English - Must
