Position Overview:
As an Installation Coordinator and Contractors Work Manager, you will oversee and coordinate contractor activities across the Tel Aviv LRT Purple Line. You will manage work site readiness, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient and safe workflows, working in close collaboration with site managers and third parties. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in infrastructure, skilled in handling complex projects, and capable of effectively managing multiple contractors and work interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate contractor work, ensuring project needs and timelines are met.
- Prepare work sites for contractor access, ensuring all necessary conditions (e.g., traffic arrangements, safe access, loading/unloading areas) are in place.
- Create and manage work coordination plans, coordinating with on-site entities and third parties.
- Maintain a broad perspective on work area needs and monitor schedule progress.
- Identify, manage, and resolve impediments on site.
- Complete and manage work logs, reports, and work status documentation with contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Practical Engineer in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial and Management Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in infrastructure, with preference for railway experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Languages: Native Hebrew, high proficiency in English (reading and writing), Spanish is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Additional: Driver's license, full-time availability (including nights and weekends), and residence in Central Israel (Gush Dan area preferred).
