ING.HW - Hardware Industrialization Engineer
Academic Qualification: Industrial Electronics Automation Engineering
Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience.
Languages: Advanced English. Knowledge of Spanish will be viewed positively.
Knowledge of HW industrial design of control electronic equipment aimed at industry or the railway and/or automotive sectors.
Availability to travel.
The following activities will be carried out:
- Development, validation and maintenance of electronics test environments and applications.
- Define and develop serial test protocols.
- Define manufacturability requirements
- Define production processes for items, boards and subassemblies in new developments.
- Audit production processes by product in new product.
- Provide support to projects and after-sales
- Create and review manufacturing documentation.
- Manage Release of manufacturing documentation to EMS.
- Participate in iprovement initiatives/investments for company management plan.
- Participate in supplier-product supplier approval projects.
- Audit of Production Processes in new EMS implementation.
- Ensure manufacturing of electronic products.
- Lead/Participate in EMS improvement groups.
- Support with deliveries and suppliers + problem solving.
- Diagnose product or manufacturing problems.
Required skills:
- LabView Core 3 programming
- Test and diagnostic instrumentation (National Instruments CompactRio)
- Development and validation of automatic test applications.
- Electronic manufacturing processes
- Design, assembly and validation of test environments
- Communications: : RS-485, CAN, SPI, I2C, Ethernet
- General electronics knowledge: analog, digital and power electronics
- Tools: Altium, Git, Jira
- Office automation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Wiring, soldering
- HPL programming knowledge, preferably for Xilinx (ISE, Vivado).
- Knowledge of analog, digital and power electronics design.
