Overview
The Human Resources Information Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing Human Resources operations through data management, systems administration, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This position serves as the primary HR systems resource, ensuring the integrity of employee data within SAP/ADP and other business applications while supporting workforce reporting, onboarding administration, compliance tracking, and automation initiatives across Human Resources, EHS, IT and operational functions.
Functional Description
- Manage employee master data within SAP/ADP and other business systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
- Serve as the primary administrator for HR information systems, maintaining employee records, organizational structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating employee data entry, documentation, system access requests, and personnel file maintenance.
- Input and audit HR and training data regularly to ensure compliance with internal controls, ISO requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators utilizing SAP, Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
- Support payroll administration through data validation, auditing employee information, and assisting with reporting requirements.
- Partner with the EHS department to maintain environmental, sustainability, safety, and compliance-related data and reporting requirements.
- Support annual reporting initiatives related to workforce demographics, training compliance, environmental metrics, and corporate reporting requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within HR, EHS, Training, IT, and administrative functions.
- Assist with implementation, upgrades, testing, and maintenance of new software applications.
- Support internal and external engagement activities by maintaining employee communications platforms, tracking participation metrics, coordinating surveys, and providing reporting and administrative support for workforce engagement initiatives.
- Provide first-level support for HR systems users, resolving issues and coordinating with Information Technology as necessary.
- Develop standard operating procedures and user guides for HR systems, reporting tools, training and administrative processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to business process improvement, digital transformation, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Training/Education Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resources, HRIS Administration, Business Systems, Data Analytics, or Operational Support functions.
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms highly preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements

- This is a full-time position: Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

- Analyze situations and data, identify problems and recommend solutions
- Establish, maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
Safety Requirements
- Shall report all injuries/illnesses to their supervisor that occur at work, the day of the incident
- Shall report any unsafe conditions that are identified in their respective work area to their supervisor
- Shall comply with all CAF USA safety policies, procedures, and requirements that are communicated to them, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures
- Shall wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is communicated and supplied to them
- Shall keep their respective work area clean and orderly at all times
- Shall attend all CAF USA required training as soon as possible before the start of their assigned work
- Shall NOT operate any CAF USA equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts) until certified to do so

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000 to $85,000 annually.
