Quality Manager

General Description

• Leads quality activities from receipt of the unit to delivery to the client.
• Supervises the fulfilment of the quality standards.
• Manages quality technicians responsible of quality inspections. 

Job Description

 Application of the standards and technical specifications defined for the project. 
 Inspections for Quality Assurance in the production processes of the project (mechanical and electrical).
 NDT welding inspection monitoring.
 Management of measurement equipment to verify the parameters established to obtain compliance.
 Development of technical documentation (procedures, templates, reports,...) for control activities.
 Documentary records in the defined media (physical, digital files).
 Communicate and/or report deviations from the good practices defined for the processes. 

Education

 University education in Engineering / Welding Engineer by the EWF (or equivalent)
 Recommended knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes or materials.
 Manage technical standards (EN, AWS, and measurement systems).

Qualifications

 Industrial Quality Management
 Interpretation of drawings (2D, 3D). 
 Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). 
 Office automation. 
 High level of English. 

Experience

 At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
