Responsibilities:
- Review the project documentation: Quality Management Plan, Quality Control Plans, procedures, etc. from a Quality Control perspective, with the help of the subsystems. Manage changes in project documentation if are necessary.
- Assure that project implementation conforms to the project quality controls and is carried out in accordance with the appropriate processes that are defined in the project. For this responsibility will be necessary:

- Prior to the installation activities and based on the design and planning documentation, check the availability of information to carry out the tasks
- Upload the check lists templates to the Quality Software before starting the activities
- Complete the activities in the check lists under their scope and verify the activities under installation scope are completed properly and on time while the activities are being done.
- Once the check lists are completed verify and close them in the Quality Software

- Track and open (If it is necessary) Non compliance Reports in coordination with Subsystems Quality Assurance and Control .
- Coordinate the project quality control activity on site in collaboration with the project planner and technical personnel on site (Installation Managers and Supervisors).
- Support quality control team (including subsystems and suppliers personnel) and help to understand and follow the procedures. For example: Explain the way to complete the check lists to the people involved in the process
- Participate in the follow up meetings to work aligned with the installation team.
- Track and support to the subsystems with the quality control deliverables for example; Suppliers approvals, materials approvals, ITP, Check list, etc
- Manage and integrate the necessary inputs of the quality control for the preparation of progress reports (Progress Monthly Reports) on the implementation status of the Quality Plan for the project.
- Be the contact between the Project Quality Manager and Quality control of the systems (specific meetings for problems, progress meetings, submission of monthly reports, etc.), If considered necessary, and coordinating with the CAF Business Units, to be the CAF quality representative in meetings

- Non-Conformity Management
- Source Inspections and Audits
- Participation in Execution and Quality Meetings
