Installation Coordinator

We are seeking an Installation Coordinator to oversee and coordinate contractors’ work for the Purple Line light rail project, involving railway infrastructure such as electrical, communication, and signalling systems.

Location: Or Yehuda/Tel Aviv

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate on-site work with various contractors.

• Ensure work areas are prepared, accessible, and safe (traffic arrangements, equipment unloading, site readiness).

• Develop and maintain coordination plans while liaising with other field teams and third parties.

• Track schedules, identify and resolve obstacles or delays, and monitor progress against project timelines.

• Maintain detailed work logs, daily reports, and status updates in coordination with contractors.

• Provide a comprehensive understanding of site needs and constraints while ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Construction, or Electrical Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects (railway sector experience – strong advantage).

• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders and interfaces.

• Availability for full-time fieldwork, including night shifts when required.

• Native-level Hebrew, with proficiency in reading and writing English (Spanish – an advantage).

• Strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness, diligence, and independence.

• Computer literacy (MS Office).

• Valid driver’s license.
