The Catenary Installation Supervisor plays a key role in the installation phase of the Overhead Catenary System (OCS) for the project. Reporting to the OCS Construction Manager, this position involves coordinating installation activities, ensuring quality and compliance, monitoring progress, and supporting testing and commissioning. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of overhead lines, and the ability to work in a dynamic construction environment, including night shifts when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Catenary Construction Manager in defining the Installation Management Plan.
• Coordinate the catenary installation phase in alignment with the OCS Construction Manager.
• Monitor, control, and report on the progress of the catenary installation, identifying and addressing deviations.
• Work closely with the other OCS supervisor to develop daily reports.
• Define and implement corrective action plans for catenary deviations.
• Prepare reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Verify the quantity and quality of equipment and materials required for project development.
• Manage and oversee installation contractors.
• Propose solutions and make decisions related to installation challenges.
• Ensure adherence to the overall project schedule.
• Provide feedback to and from the engineering team.
• Attend technical, administrative, and coordination meetings.
• Monitor interfaces with other subsystems.
• Support Test & Commissioning activities and report on progress.
• Coordinate and manage site permits with the partner company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong teamwork skills, with an organized and methodical approach.
• Willingness to learn a specialized discipline and work closely with an expert team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of overhead lines (railway OCS preferred).
• Understanding of regulations and mechanical calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Availability to work night shifts.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
