Mission: Coordinate the activities and integration of the installation in compliance with the project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Define the Construction / Installation Management Plan for the project.
- Dimension and plan the resources necessary for coordinating construction/installation.
- Define the execution/installation strategy and planning for the project.
- Coordinate the construction and installation activities of the different businesses of the CAF Group (or Consortium), ensuring compliance with the technical requirements in a timely manner.
- Monitor, ensure, and report on the development of the construction/installation phase of the project, identify deviations (planning, costs, etc.), and define and implement corrective action plans.
- Act as the reference for project communications on construction/installation matters between Comprehensive Management and the Construction/Installation Team of different businesses within the CAF Group (or Consortium).
- Lead the change management in construction/installation (variations in contractual scope: technical, planning, etc.) for businesses within the CAF Group (or Consortium).
- Ensure an integrated construction/installation of the subsystems by ensuring the performance of the different Systems Engineering activities: Requirements Management, Interface Management, etc.
- Manage and resolve conflicts within the scope of the project’s construction/installation activities.
- Support the coordination of logistics, particularly customs transit and local logistics.
- Manage the technical scope of the closure of the Construction/Installation Phase of the project.
HSQE Specifications:
- Comply with applicable procedures and regulations related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE).
- Inform the direct line manager of any risks, accidents, or incidents and collaborate in their investigation.
- Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, hazardous substances, PPE, and other resources used in activities.
- Comply with safety responsibilities as defined by the Management System, in line with the Prevention Plan CAF.TE.P01.PL.000-GN.
- Receive specific training on risks related to the role.
RAMS Specifications:
- General Railway Safety Concepts Training.
- SMS (Safety Management System) Training.
Qualification Required:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering / Telecommunications / Roads, Canals, and Ports.
Complementary Skills and Training:
- English level B2.
- HSQE Training:
- Health & Safety: 60 hours.
- Heights: 6 hours.
- Electrical Risk: 8 hours.
- Lifting Platforms: 8 hours.
- First Aid: 4 hours.
- Fire Extinguishing: 4 hours.
