ON SITE Manager Bulgaria

Joining the operations department and reporting to the Spanish Project Manager, the selected candidate will be the On Site Manager for railway signalling systems, attending to the contract and customer requirements.

Main Tasks (but not only):

• To manage the project according to the planification ( goals, scope, deadline, budget).

• To ensure the day to day Interlocution with the administration, Joint Venture, providers, etc.

• To coordinate the teams of contractors and other external partners

• To be the onsite expert about the technical issues (the systems, products, etc)

• Maintaining a fluent communication with the internal stakeholders (Technical project Manager, Project Manager), based on Spain

Requirements (must have):

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication Systems or similar.

• At least 5 years of experience managing projects, on site.

• Most desiranble, solid knowledge of railway signalling systems, products, and sector.

• Experience on dealing with Bulgarian Administration (preferably NRIC, Sofia Metro, or similar…) with whole understanding of the Bulgarian culture and methods

• Fluent in Bulgarian and English AND/OR Spanish.
